Welcome to StickyServices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at stickyservices.net and the gaming boosting, carry, coaching and related services we provide ("Services"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who we are

StickyServices has been providing gaming services since 2020. You can reach our support team at any time through our Discord server.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. The Services

We offer account boosting, carries, powerleveling, coaching, in-game currency and similar gaming services for various titles. Service descriptions, prices and estimated delivery times are shown on the relevant product pages. We do our best to keep this information accurate and up to date, but prices and availability can change at any time.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price using one of our accepted payment methods (PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other methods arranged on Discord). We begin work once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing any information we need to complete your order, such as your contact details and any account access you choose to share.

5. Account access and safety

Some Services require access to your game account. We handle accounts with care, use safety measures where possible, and never intentionally put your account at risk. However, you understand that boosting services may be against the terms of service of some game publishers, and that any action taken by a game publisher (including suspensions or bans) is outside our control. You use our Services at your own risk in this regard. For your safety, change your password after a service is completed.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by your order details, game conditions, and demand. We will keep you updated through Discord and complete your order as quickly as we reasonably can.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, not to provide false information, not to issue fraudulent chargebacks, and not to abuse our staff. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All game names, logos and related content belong to their respective owners. StickyServices is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. References to games are for descriptive purposes only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickyServices is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Services, including game account penalties imposed by a publisher. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
