Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund from StickyServices and how to request one.

1. Before we start your order

If you cancel an order before we have started working on it, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Orders in progress

Once a service has started, refunds are calculated based on the work already completed. If we have finished part of your order, that portion is non-refundable, and we will refund the remaining, unstarted portion.

3. Completed orders

Once a service has been fully delivered as described, it is non-refundable. If you believe the service was not delivered as promised, contact us and we will review your case.

4. If we cannot deliver

If for any reason we are unable to complete a service you paid for, you will receive a full refund for the part we could not deliver. Your gold, items or rewards collected during the service remain yours.

5. What is not covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Penalties applied by a game publisher, such as suspensions or bans, which are outside our control.
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided.
  • Change of mind after a service has been completed.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us on our Discord server with your order number and a short explanation. We aim to respond quickly and resolve refund requests fairly. Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method where possible.

7. Chargebacks

Please talk to us first if there is a problem. Filing a fraudulent chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in your account being closed.
