This ToA 350 option is presented as an Ava's assembler kit service. The relevant reward is the Masori crafting kit, a cosmetic upgrade with specific completion conditions. A level-350 finish alone does not explain the full reward requirement.
The Masori crafting kit changes the appearance of Ava's assembler; it does not supply the underlying assembler.
The published game requirements include a raid level of at least 350, no party deaths and the required personal reward points.
